A Journey From Noise to Rhythm
For years, I lived in a cycle of high-speed corporate demands and physical disconnect. In that hustle, weight wasn't just a number on a scale—it was a heavy layer of static that muffled my interaction with the world. I found myself out of sync with my own breath, my own city, and the natural pace of the Mediterranean life I was surrounded by but not fully inhabiting.
The transformation didn't come from aggressive restriction or mechanical habit. It came when I started looking at the psychology of my daily rhythm. I began to ask: Why does the afternoon heat dictate our rest? Why does a long walk to the market feel like a meditation rather than a chore?
